New Horizon Scanning Topics

A number of new topics are being added to the range of those already published as part of the Horizon Scanning project.

The new topics include Child Health, Maternity and Patient Safety. The new bulletins are more focussed on acute topics, but maintain their original aim of looking for information on best practice and innovation in service delivery.

Alcohol Horizon Scanning Bulletin

A new horizon scanning bulletin has been launched with a focus on alcohol.

The aim of the horizon scanning project is to bring together best practice, innovation and future risks to support the commissioning process and service redesign.

The horizon scanning project covers a number of topics including obesity, stroke, cancer and emotional health and wellbeing. A complete list of horizon scanning topics is available here.
